Charterhall Drive

Progressive Living Developments and Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, have secured planning consent for 133 one and two-bedroom apartments on Charterhall Drive, Chester. The 1.24-acre site off Hoole Lane, which is nestled beside the Shropshire and Union Canal, lies within the wider £120m City Place Masterplan being spearheaded by Muse Developments, and Cheshire West and Chester County Council.

The proposed block will comprise 133 units spread over seven floors and includes under croft parking, a first-floor deck providing external courtyard facilities and attractive, fully landscaped amenity space alongside the canal.

Full planning consent was awarded by Chester Council in April 2023 and work is expected to commence in the Summer.
